• Providing stadium-style seating so every seat in the theater has great sightlines.
• Adding a coat room and two large ground floor restrooms.
• Creating a classic, wood-paneled piano lounge in our lobby.

• All of the above amenities have already created a huge demand for season tickets.
• If you order season tickets now, you will be among the very first season ticket holders. That means you will literally have access to the seats of your choice on the day of your choice for all seven shows in our first season.
• As a season ticket holder, you will have the right to renew those same seats season after season – just like a season ticket holder to the Metropolitan Opera or the New York Jets and Giants.
• We plan on bringing big name performers out for one-night special events. Season tickets holders will get the opportunity to purchase tickets to these special events before they go on sale to the general public. And with only 412 seats in the theater, it is likely that tickets to these events will be sold out before they are ever offered to the general public.
